RECIPE TO SERVE 6-8 PERSONS
Ingredients
- Chicken 1KG, 4-8 pieces, skinless
- Butter, 3-4 tablespoons
- Shan Tandoori BBQ Marinade Sauce, 1 bottle
Cooking method
- Make deep cuts on each chicken piece. Prick meat with a fork and pat dry.
- Apply Shan Tandoori BBQ Marinade sauce and refrigerate for 2-3 hours to marinate. Discard the liquid collected.
- Arrange the chicken pieces in a tray and apply butter. Place the tray in a preheated oven, 375°F / 190°C for 45 minutes. Then place under grill until browned or Barbecue the chicken pieces.
Serving suggestions
- Serve hot with Mezban Tandoori Naan or Mezban Tandoori Roti
