Chicken Fry Recipe

fried & baked chicken recipe

Ingredients

  1. ) Boneless Chicken- 500 grams
  2. ) Egg - One
  3. ) Sundip Chicken Coating Mix - 40g / 2-3 tablespoons
  4. ) Cooking Oil - 1 Litre
 

Instructions

Frying Method

  1. ) Wash chicken with cold water then pat dry with cloth
  2. ) Dip chicken in egg & milk and apply coating mix thoroughly on both sides and put in refigerator for 30 minutes
  3. ) Deep fry chicken on medium heat for about 15 minutes, turn the side and cook for another ten minutes
  4. ) Take out of pan, place on kitchen paper to drain excess oil and serve
 

Oven Bake Method

  1. ) Wash chicken with cold water then pat dry with cloth
  2. ) Dip chicken in egg & milk and apply coating mix thoroughly on both sides
  3. ) Preheat oven to 400°F
  4. ) Add 3 tablespoons of cooking oil to the baking tray and place coated chicken pieces on top
  5. ) Bake in oven for 30 minutes then take out. Turn all pieces over and place back in oven for 20-25 minutes. 

 

Serving suggestions

  1. ) Serve hot with Chatkhaar Portuguese Piri Piri Sauce or Sundip Chilli Garlic Sauce
  2. ) Serve with Menu Plain Paratha
