Chicken Karahi Recipe
Ingredients
- ) Chicken - 1 KG (small pieces)
- ) Tomatoes (medium size) - 6 pieces
- ) Ginger (small slices) - 2 tablespoons
- ) Sundip ginger garlic paste - 1 and a half tablespoon
- ) Fresh green chillies - 6 to 8 pieces (cut from center)
- ) Cooking oil / ghee - 200 grams
- ) Sundip chicken karahi masala - 1 packet
- ) Fresh coriander leaves - few leaves
Cooking method
- ) In a pan heat cooking oil / ghee and fry chicken with Sundip ginger garlic paste for 15 minutes. Add tomatoes and fry until hald the juice of tomatoes has dried up
- ) Add Sundip chicken karahi masala, green chillies and cook on a low flame until the meat is tender
- ) For making curry, you may add half a cup of water.
Delicious chicken karachi is ready

- ) Garnish with sliced ginger and fresh coriander leaves
- ) Serve hot with Menu Tandoori Naan, fresh salad, and mint yogurt.
