Recommended cooking instructions
Perishable - keep refrigerated and cook thoroughly before serving. Use within 3 days of opening.
If purchased frozen thaw in the refrigerator before cooking and consume within 7 days. Do not refreeze.
Fully cook to internal temperature of 165°f.
Not recommended: boiling, microwaving, or cooking from frozen.
Skillet: heat a non-stick pan to medium-high to high heat and cook for about 6 minutes, turning frequently.
Grill: pre-heat covered grill to 500°f. Lightly brush sausages with oil, grill for about 6 minutes, turning halfway through.
Griddle: set non-stick griddle at max temperature (450-475°f), cook for about 7 minutes, turning frequently.
