Cooking Instructions:

Microwave: Place Rajasthani boti in a microwave safe plate and cook at defrost mode for 1-2 minutes depending on the quantity. Do not overheat as it will affect the quality of the product. Cooking times may vary according to the difference in appliances.

Frying Pan: Preheat a greased frying pan and heat thawed Rajasthani chicken boti over low heat, turning halfway through heating.

Oven: Preheat oven to 200c. wrap thawed Rajasthani boti in an aluminium foil and heat for 5 minutes or until heated.
