Tandoori Chicken Recipe

RECIPE TO SERVE 6-8 PERSONS 

Ingredients

  1. Chicken 1KG, 4-8 pieces, skinless
  2. Butter, 3-4 tablespoons
  3. Shan Tandoori BBQ Marinade Sauce, 1 bottle
 

Cooking method

  1. Make deep cuts on each chicken piece. Prick meat with a fork and pat dry.
  2. Apply Shan Tandoori BBQ Marinade sauce and refrigerate for 2-3 hours to marinate. Discard the liquid collected.
  3. Arrange the chicken pieces in a tray and apply butter. Place the tray in a preheated oven, 375°F / 190°C for 45 minutes. Then place under grill until browned or Barbecue the chicken pieces.  

Serving suggestions

  1. Serve hot with Mezban Tandoori Naan or Mezban Tandoori Roti
