Pineapple Yogurt Dessert 

Ingredients

  1. ) Sundip Pineapple Jelly Crystals - 1 packet
  2. ) Plain Yogurt - 1 cup
  3. ) Boiling water - 1 cup
  4. ) Sugar - To taste
  5. ) Pineapple chunks - 1 cup
  6. ) Pineapple syrup - 3 tablespoons
  7. ) Biscuits - 2 pieces
 

Cooking method

  1. ) Cook and then mix pineapple jelly crystals with water.
  2. ) Blend yogurt, pineapple syrup, pineapple chunks, biscuits and mixture of pineapple jelly crystals in the blender for about 30-40 seconds.
  3. ) Pour this mixture in an individual serving or in a serving plate.
  4. ) Place these servings in the freezer for about 1 hour and serve with placing pineapple chunk over it.
  5. ) Use whipped cream and sprinkle sugar for garnishing.
