Jelly Falooda Recipe
Ingredients
- ) Sundip Jelly Falooda Mix - 1 pack
- ) Water - 600ml
- ) Milk - 1 litre
- ) Ice cream or crushed ice - as desired
Cooking method
Jelly
- ) In a small bowl, empty all the contents of jelly mix bag from the Sundip Jelly Falooda Mix.
- ) Boil one cup (about 200ml) of water, empty the contents of jelly mix into the hot boiling water and keep stirring until it's dissolved completely.
- ) Leave the mixture at room temperature for 15-20 minutes or keep in refigerator to cool and set.
Falooda
- ) In a separate container, add one glass of water (approx 250ml) in one litre of milk and boil
- ) Add all of the contents of falooda mix bag into boiling milk and cook for 15 minutes; keep stirring continuously
- ) Now place the mixture in refigerator to cool
- ) Once cooled to desired temperature, pour it in glasses
- ) You can now top it with jelly and ice cream. You can also use crushed ice instead of ice cream if desired
