Vegetable Cutlet Sandwich Recipe

Ingredients

  1. ) Menu Vegetable Cutlet - 1 pack
  2. ) Bread - According to number of sandwiches
  3. ) Lettuce - As desired
  4. ) Tomato - 2 medium sized, round slices
  5. ) Onion, sliced - 1 medium piece
  6. ) Sundip Chatpatta Sauce - As desired
  7. ) Cooking oil - 200 ml 
 

Cooking method

  1. ) Fry Menu vegetable cutlets over medium heat for 2-3 minutes turning occasionally in a preheated oiled pan
  2. ) Gently warm the bread in a separate pan for not more than 30 seconds.
  3. ) Arrange lettuce, vegetable cutlet, tomato, onions on base side of bread and squeeze over a bit of Sundip chatpatta sauce.
  4. ) You can also add in a few more vegetables like cucumber if you desire
