Ingredients

  1. ) Bikano Pani Puri - 1 Pack
  2. ) Boondi - 1 Pack
  3. ) Water - 1 litre, chilled
  4. ) Water - 1 litre, luke warm


Cooking method

Pani Puri Water

  1. ) Add one litre of chilled water to the sachet of Pani Puri water powder or dilute as per your individual taste
 

Sweet Chutney

  1. ) Add 40ml of chilled water to the sachet of Chutney powder or dilute as per your individual taste
 

Boondi

  1. ) Soak boondi in luke warm water for 2 minutes and drain of the excess water
 

Pani Puri

  1. ) Place the pani puri in a large dish and make a small hole at the top of each one
  2. ) Fill the pani puris quarterly with sweet chutney and pre soaked Boondi
  3. ) Add pani puri water up to the brim or as per your individual taste; serve immediately. Alternatively, chopped boiled potatoes, boiled chickpeas, fresh coriander leaves are mixed and filled.
