Ingredients

  1. Haldiram Raita Boondi - 1 Pack
  2. ) Plain yogurt, whipped - 1 Pack
  3. ) Onions - 1 cup finely chopped
  4. ) Tomatoes - 1/2 cup finely chopped
  5. ) Carrots - 1/2 cup grated
  6. ) Green chilies - 3-4 chopped
  7. ) Sundip Chaat Masala - 1 teaspoon
  8. ) Lemon juice - 1 teaspoon
  9. ) Coriander leaves - Few leaves
  10. ) Almonds - 10 pieces, chopped
  11. ) Chatkhaar Green Chilli Chutney - 1 tablespoon
  12. ) Salt – to taste
 

Cooking Method

  1. ) In a bowl add Haldiram Boondi, onions, tomatoes, carrots, green chilies, and Sundip chaat masala
  2. ) Pour the plain yogurt and Chatkhaar green chilli chutney into the bowl; mix well with a spoon
  3. ) Garnish it with coriander leaves and almonds
  4. ) Serve immediately
