Yogurt Boondi Chaat Recipe
Ingredients
- ) Haldiram Raita Boondi - 1 Pack
- ) Plain yogurt, whipped - 1 Pack
- ) Onions - 1 cup finely chopped
- ) Tomatoes - 1/2 cup finely chopped
- ) Carrots - 1/2 cup grated
- ) Green chilies - 3-4 chopped
- ) Sundip Chaat Masala - 1 teaspoon
- ) Lemon juice - 1 teaspoon
- ) Coriander leaves - Few leaves
- ) Almonds - 10 pieces, chopped
- ) Chatkhaar Green Chilli Chutney - 1 tablespoon
- ) Salt – to taste
Cooking Method
- ) In a bowl add Haldiram Boondi, onions, tomatoes, carrots, green chilies, and Sundip chaat masala
- ) Pour the plain yogurt and Chatkhaar green chilli chutney into the bowl; mix well with a spoon
- ) Garnish it with coriander leaves and almonds
- ) Serve immediately
