Fish Fry Recipe
Ingredients
- ) Fish Fillets - 500 grams
- ) Egg - One
- ) Sundip Fish Coating Mix - 50g / 3-4 tablespoons
- ) Cooking Oil - 1 Litre
Instructions
Frying Method
- ) Wash fish with cold water then pat dry with cloth
- ) Dip fish in egg & milk and apply coating mix thoroughly on both sides and put in refigerator for 30 minutes
- ) Deep fry fish on medium heat for about 15 minutes, turn the side and cook for another ten minutes
- ) Take out of pan, place on kitchen paper to drain excess oil and serve
Oven Bake Method
- ) Wash fish with cold water then pat dry with cloth
- ) Dip fish in egg & milk and apply coating mix thoroughly on both sides
- ) Preheat oven to 400°F
- ) Add 3 tablespoons of cooking oil to the baking tray and place coated fish pieces on top
- ) Bake in oven for 30 minutes then take out. Turn all pieces over and place back in oven for 20-25 minutes.
Serving suggestions
- ) Serve hot with Chatkhaar Imli Chutney or Sundip Chilli Garlic Sauce
- ) Serve with Menu Plain Paratha
