Achar Gosht Recipe
Ingredients
- ) Beef / Chicken / Mutton - 1 KG, small cubes.
- ) Plain Yogurt - 400 grams whipped
- ) Tomato - 4-5 medium sized - grind or make puree
- ) Green chillies - 8-10 slit lengthwise from one side
- ) Sundip Ginger Garlic Paste - 3 tablespoons
- ) Lime juice - 4 tablespoons
- ) Cooking oil / ghee - 200 grams
- ) Sundip Achar Gosht Masala Mix - One packet (use less for mild hot)
Cooking method
- ) Mix 2 tablespoons of Sundip achar gosht masala with lime juice and fill in to the slit green chillies.
- ) Heat cooking oil / ghee, add meat, garlic paste and fry for a few minutes. Then add yogurt, ginger paste, the remaining quantity of Sundip Achar Gosht Masala and 1 to 2 glass of water. Cover and cook on low heat until meat is tender.
- ) Add tomatoes and cook for a few minutes
- ) Place the masala filled green chillies over the meat. Cover and cook on how heat until cooking oil / ghee separates from the gravy.
Delicious Achar Gosht is now ready.
