Dahi Bara Chaat Recipe

Required Ingredients:

  1. ) Gits Dahi Vada Mix - 1 Pack
  2. ) Cooking Oil/Ghee - 500 grams (for deep frying)
  3. ) Plain Yogurt - 500 grams (whipped finely) 
  4. ) Sundip Dahi Bara Chaat Seasoning - according to taste
     

Cooking Method

  1. ) Mix contents of this (200g) pack with 200 ml water. Stir to a smooth batter and set aside for 10 mins.
  2. ) Deep fry the Vada (one tablespoon each) till crispy & golden brown. Drain excess oil and soak in water for 10 mins.
  3. ) Gently press each Vadai to drain off excess water & immerse in beaten yoghurt for 10 mins. 
  4. ) Sprinkle dahi bara chat masala over it and serve.

Serving suggestion

  1. ) Serves 8-12 people. 
  2. ) Serve with Menu Seekh Kebab
