Dahi Bara Chaat Recipe
Required Ingredients:
- ) Gits Dahi Vada Mix - 1 Pack
- ) Cooking Oil/Ghee - 500 grams (for deep frying)
- ) Plain Yogurt - 500 grams (whipped finely)
- ) Sundip Dahi Bara Chaat Seasoning - according to taste
Cooking Method
- ) Mix contents of this (200g) pack with 200 ml water. Stir to a smooth batter and set aside for 10 mins.
- ) Deep fry the Vada (one tablespoon each) till crispy & golden brown. Drain excess oil and soak in water for 10 mins.
- ) Gently press each Vadai to drain off excess water & immerse in beaten yoghurt for 10 mins.
- ) Sprinkle dahi bara chat masala over it and serve.
Serving suggestion
- ) Serves 8-12 people.
- ) Serve with Menu Seekh Kebab
